Regulations of Poznań Apartments Towarowa
The client making an apartment reservation simultaneously accepts these regulations, which are an integral part of the apartment rental agreement.
- The apartment reservation is made by sending an email (the client fills out the reservation form. Poznań Apartments sends an offer of available apartments to the email address provided in the form). After the client sends confirmation of acceptance of the offer, the reservation is made.
- After completing the reservation process, Poznań Apartments Towarowa sends a return email containing the exact address of the rented apartment. Telephone reservation is only possible as a result of a conversation with an employee at +48 531 000 209.
- The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the first day of the guest's stay until 11:00 AM on the last day of the stay. Early check-in is possible after consultation with a Poznań Apartments employee.
- Apartment keys are handed over directly by a Poznań Apartments employee at the reception of the apartments at ul. Towarowa 37. If the guest cannot arrive during reception hours, they should immediately inform a Poznań Apartments employee.
- Payment for the stay is made in advance on the day of arrival upon receipt of the keys. The key return on the day of departure takes place in a manner agreed with the Poznań Apartments employee.
- Interrupting the stay by the guest is not a basis for a refund of the paid amount.
- The guest is obliged to observe good neighborly conduct, not to disturb other residents, and to respect quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Poznań Apartments may refuse further service to a person who violates this rule. In special cases, this may result in calling the police or other services.
- Organizing social parties in the apartment is prohibited. For organizing a social party that is NUISANCE TO OTHER RESIDENTS, Poznań Apartments may charge a fine of PLN 5,000 and cancel the reservation without refund of accommodation costs.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in corridors, staircases, elevators, as well as garage, technical, and utility rooms.
- Smoking is completely prohibited in the apartments, corridors, and common areas of the building. For smoking in undesignated areas, Poznań Apartments may charge a fine of PLN 2,000. Smoking is allowed on balconies, but cigarette butts must be disposed of only in the ashtray located on the balcony.
- Any defects occurring in the apartment or common areas during the stay should be reported immediately to a Poznań Apartments employee. Compensation will be charged for defects caused by the client.
- In case of losing or not returning the key to the mailbox or key drop box after check-out, the guest is required to pay a fee of PLN 150.
- In case of losing or damaging the garage door remote, the guest is required to pay a fee of PLN 200.
- The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number specified during the reservation process. If the number of people exceeds the number provided in the reservation, Poznań Apartments may charge an additional fee.
- Keeping animals in the apartment without prior agreement with Poznań Apartments is not allowed.
- In case of sudden and unforeseen circumstances, Poznań Apartments reserves the right to change the reserved apartment to another of the same or higher class, or in case of no available apartment, to cancel the reservation.
- Personal data provided by clients will be processed solely for the purpose of reservation fulfillment and for sending seasonal promotion information – only after prior written consent.
- The accommodation card constitutes confirmation of the service agreement, to which these regulations are an attachment. The guest using the services accepts and agrees to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations, and in exceptional situations, to follow the requests of Poznań Apartments.
- Poznań Apartments is not responsible for damages resulting from guests failing to comply with the rules set out in the regulations.
- Poznań Apartments is not responsible for items brought into the room or left elsewhere.
- Poznań Apartments is not responsible for failures beyond its control and their consequences.
- In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
